The Peter Latos Prostate Cancer Foundations mission is to save lives through early detection and to provide prostate cancer screenings and PSA blood tests for those in need. We aim to achieve increasing awareness through education and providing information about prostate cancer to the public.
Learn More about PLPCFProstate cancer is a form of cancer that develops in the prostate, a gland in the male reproductive system. An abnormal group of cells begin to grow inside the prostate and form masses of abnormal cells known as tumors.
In many cases, prostate cancer is slow growing. It can typically take several years to become detectable and can take even longer for the cancer to spread outside of the prostate. Men with prostate cancer in the very early stages typically have no symptoms.
Read MoreIn order to keep Peter Latos’ memory alive, and continue his battle against prostate cancer, we will fund screenings to help detect prostate cancer early.
Donations to the foundation will fund prostate cancer screenings and PSA blood tests for men.
