Prostate cancer is a form of cancer that develops in the prostate, a gland in the male reproductive system. An abnormal group of cells begin to grow inside the prostate and form masses of abnormal cells known as tumors.
In many cases, prostate cancer is slow growing. It can typically take several years to become detectable and can take even longer for the cancer to spread outside of the prostate. Men with prostate cancer in the very early stages typically have no symptoms.Read More
